  They give you a hard time when something needs to be fixed. The maintenance guy keeps saying he can't fix the front door that has a 1 inch gap at the bottom, says he has to replace the whole door. When all he has to do is simple take the door off the hinges and insert a new:

  Not only has are winter gas bill been higher then it needs to be, but its kinda odd how many spiders I have killed over the past few months. Which I was also told this is my responsibility? I mean if you would have fixed the door a year ago maybe I wouldn't have to deal with giant spiders in my house? Ever window is sealed tight, so my money is on the door.
  
  The rent is ok. The hospitality is iffy, and the apartments are full of outdated appliances. Also the guy that paints has one color. Personally they Income based houses I some how make to much money for look a million times better..
